Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oro Valley-Tucson North by IHG

The stay was nice, staff was friendly. Only thing was a down for me was my room still had some trash I'm it even tho I had to go threw a few hoops to get a room a little earlier then expect. And the on the outlets only one socket was working and the light in the room had no working bulb. Breakfast was nice.

Very modern and stylish hotel in a great location. I stayed three nights and it was very quiet (when is a hotel stay quiet?). The room was spacious, spotless, and the bathroom was very nice. Comfortable bed. Ample, free parking in an easy to navigate part of town next to the beautiful Catalina Mountains. Breakfast area was very nice and spacious and the food was just fine for a continental breakfast, everything was very clean and organized. The staff was very nice and friendly. I'll stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

If you're seeking a budget-friendly stay without sacrificing comfort, this spot is a hidden gem. The cost is surprisingly low for the area, making it an excellent value. My room had a charming, nostalgic vibe-nothing flashy, but spacious and very tidy. The atmosphere is quiet and unpretentious, which I really appreciated. Service was top-notch; the team is attentive and makes you feel right at home. A solid choice for travelers who prioritize genuine hospitality over expensive modern frills!

Great location for what we wanted, being at the north end of Oro Valley. Room very comfortable and good space. Would have liked if the room was serviced even if only to replace the coffee, rather than have to go down and ask. Still nice place to stay

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, overlooking the pool and Catalina Hills. The bed and pillows were wonderful. Only stayed one night. There was a Chili's restaurant across the parking lot so we didn't have to do any more driving. Large selection of breakfast items, both hot and cold. Miguel kept the breakfast foods replenished and was very friendly. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. This was about 10 minutes closer to my parents in Saddlebrooke than the hotel we stayed at last time we visited. This alone was a big plus for us. Breakfast time was when we interacted with the staff the most, and they were always very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast itself offered lots of options from packaged muffins and yogurts to hot omelettes, potatoes and sausage, to instant oatmeal with various fresh toppings available, to bread and bagels for toasting with peanut butter, jelly and cream cheese, to cold cereal, juice, coffee and milk. They even had a fresh pancake maker, but the pancakes were not very good. The room was very clean, and had multiple outlets in accessible places. This is an issue more often than it should be at hotels, but it certainly was not here. Comfortable bed, good quality AC, and plenty of clean towels. The bathroom only had vanity lights over the mirror, which made the shower seem a bit dark. And the Keurig coffee maker, while working just fine, was very loud to open, close, and operate, which kept making me think my wife would wake up due to the noise. We also like the walking/biking trail right behind the property. We would definitely stay here again.

During our stay they had some of there house keeping staff call off due to illness. The head of housekeeping, Laverne was amazing and worked hard to try to get the rooms cleaned and available as soon as possible. The young lady who was checking people in was friendly, kind, and apologetic. She was under a lot of pressure but she handled it with compassionate professionalism. Wonderful job, Melissa!

I love the staff, location and the room I have. Yes, the day will come where they need an update but the people who are here (Ray, Daniel, and the G.M. Adam, just to name a few) the cleaning people and the rest of the staff REALLY care! I am amazed at the level of service I have received here at this hotel. What a great place to stay. I love the pool, hot tub, the gym, the parking and the location. It is perfect in my opinion.
